Today is the first day of the novena to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. I was baptized on the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel at 2 weeks old and I've been a Lay Carmelite (TOC - Third Order Carmelite) since 1999, so this is a very special feast for me.

Thanks to those who have contributed so far, I was able to say "I can do this and I think God must really want me to!" Now comes the sweat part, I guess. God doesn't want to make it TOO easy. He just wanted to get me started NOW!

I finally finished writing all the songs and I'm even pretty happy with them. I just have to sing #'s 10-13 and wait for Barry to finish all the production, one song at a time. He sends me versions via email and I listen to it 10 times and take three hours to write him an email back with all my critique and requests. We do that about 10 times per song. I think it is well worth it as I love the results!
